Professional Experience
Paul Sweeney is a partner and specialist in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. His experience includes an emphasis on receiverships and related litigation in state and Federal courts. He has served as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the Office of the U.S. Trustee in the Greenbelt and Baltimore Divisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. He is admitted to practice in state and Federal courts in Maryland, District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Sweeney is past president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District of Maryland and a member of the Board of Directors. He is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy law and related litigation.
