Law Firm Addition

The Logan Yumkas law firm has added two new attorneys and expanded the company's name to Logan, Yumkas, Vidmar & Sweeney LLC of Annapolis.

Jim Vidmar and Paul Sweeney, formerly of Linowes and Blocher, joined Logan Yumkas, a corporate bankruptcy and commercial litigation firm.

Vidmar has 29 years of experience working with businesses in financial distress. He is past president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District of Maryland and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He was the first lawyer in Maryland in 1992 to be board certified in business bankruptcy by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification.

Sweeney specializes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington and Virginia. He is past president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District of Maryland and a board of directors member.
